Growth. How do you currently define growth? Where do you desire to grow as an individual? Where do you undervalue growth, and conversely, where do you perhaps overvalue growth?

To me, contentment washes over the soul like waves lapping onto a sun baked shore. In so many ways, there is an equanimity to the experience that is cleaning.

Perhaps that’s what’s in a prayer that calls us to pray. For the truth is really what sets us free.
